He believes his CBFA® certification provides him access to research from world-renowned behavioral finance professors, mathematicians, and PhDs, which helps him understand how to enhance your company’s retirement plans based on current behavioral finance best practices. 

Walter received his B.A. in Accounting from University of Mississippi in 1998, and spent several years at Met Life and New England Financial where he received a number of accolades, including Lifetime Leaders, Chairman’s Council twice, and achieved Master’s level five times. At MassMutual Walter has been the recipient of the 5 Star Award.

Walter is also an Adjunct Lecturer, for The Plan Sponsor University where his role is to lead interactive classes for plan sponsors interested in a retirement plan fiduciary and management education in the Mid-South Area. The Plan Sponsor University (TPSU), an affiliate of TRAU, The Retirement Advisor University, offers the most comprehensive combination of online and in-person workplace retirement plan certification program for business owners, benefits specialists or other employer fiduciaries.
