As Director, Ken works side-by-side with retirement plan trustees, sponsors, and employees assisting them in managing their qualified plans with the intent of maximizing the benefits from the plan for all involved.

Being tech-enabled through the Aegis Retirement Group relationship with RPAG, Ken is able to combine automation, cloud-based technology, and access to dedicated retirement plan advisors to offer our clients a holistic suite of 401(k) and financial wellness services. Ken is extremely hands-on, working with plan sponsors on plan design and handling plan amendments when necessary and assisting in the selection of qualified record keepers and TPAs.

Selecting, monitoring, and optimizing your plans fund lineup is critical. Among the technology platforms available to Ken is the RPAG Scorecard System, an institutional investment due diligence system designed to research and evaluate fund managers and investment strategies. The system subjects every strategy and fund to a comprehensive grading rubric more detailed and comprehensive than the commonly used Morningstar model. 

Additionally, Ken focuses on employee participation and their plan experience making sure they are getting the most out of their experience, thus avoiding failed nondiscrimination testing.

Ken graduated from Clarion University in Pennsylvania, earning his degree in Business Administration and Management, and began his career in the Retirement Planning industry since 1997. He has worked for a number of major providers over that time as well as serving as a concierge personal banker dealing with a wide variety of financial products for personal investment.

Throughout his career Ken has focused heavily on the client service side of the relationship regardless of who the client may have been. While at plan providers, he has worked closely with agents and brokers to ensure seamless onboarding and transition of new plans. Ken also has a deep background in participant education and sponsor education.
